Choose your form of payment:

In case of non-acceptance of the order or misunderstandings of various kinds related to the order, either by the Customer or by Il Filarino di Rotino Lorenza, the amount related to the cancelled goods will be credited back to the Customer’s Paypal account. The timeframe for crediting back to the payment instrument of choice within the Paypal account depend solely on PayPal and the banking system. Once the amount has been credited back to the Paypal account, under no circumstances can the company Il Filarino di Rotino Lorenza be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delays in the actual crediting dependent on Paypal or the banking system.

At no time during the purchase process is Il filarino di Rotino Lorenza able to know the buyer’s credit card information, which is transmitted via a secure connection directly to the Paypal site handling the transaction.

No computer files of Il Fialrino di Rotino Lorenza will retain such data. Under no circumstances, therefore, can Il filarino di Rotino Lorenza be held responsible for any fraudulent and improper use of credit cards by third parties when paying for products purchased.

3. Bank Transfer in Advance

In case of payment by Advance Bank Transfer, what has been ordered by the Customer will be kept committed until receipt of the proof of transfer, to be sent to Il Filarino di Rotino Lorenza (by fax or e-mail) no later than 3 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. The shipment of what has been ordered will take place only upon actual crediting of the amount due to the c/c Il filarino di Rotino Lorenza which must take place within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. Beyond these deadlines, the order will be deemed automatically cancelled. In case of non-acceptance of the order or misunderstandings of various kinds related to the order, either by the Customer or by Il Filarino di Rotino Lorenza, Il filarino di Rotino Lorenza guarantees a full refund of the amounts already paid. The reason for the bank transfer should state:

• the order reference number;
• The date the order was placed;
• First and last name of the order holder.

4. Marking

In the case of payment by cash on delivery, the goods must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery in cash with a surcharge of 3 euros.
